iTranslate Translator App Reviews

We love this ap! My daughter married into a French family and we use this all the time, in spite having had several years of French classes. I just used it again to help write a recipe out for my daughters mother-in-law.

This is my "go-to" translator when Im doing my German lessons. Accurate, reliable and fast. I would love to see a downloadable version for use when offline.

I use it to try and learn, but I dont always get the correct meanings. It could be better.

While I sing German, I do not speak the language. I translate helps me figure out what we are singing.

Its a very good app. I have a friend speaking Chinese and needs helps during school. She has another friend who ACTUALLY speak Chinese. But she wants English. It is an amazing app. It would be better if you didnt need Wifi. LIKE REALLY?! Were at school and we cant use our phones but of course we sneak them out. And I cant ask for wifi because SCHOOL. So how do I translate for her? Make it so you dont need wifi!

Very easy to use

But sometimes Mexicans are confused by the word used in Spain. "Tire iron" in Mexico is "la cruceta" and not "llave de llantas."

I was hoping it would help me make a SUB and the new update changed that! Thanks!

Sometimes the translation is completely opposite. ShiQi said 说考试不好. My translation said the test went well when in fact it went poorly. This makes it a problem.

I like this app but sometimes I have to use it and Google translate to get an accurate translation of the Spanish from my friend in the Dominican Republic. I think a Caribbean and central America Spanish version will be better for communication with people from that region.

I use it often and upgraded to the premium version.... I give it 5 stars - its an excellent product!

The app asked me to review it, so here goes. I downloaded it, and liked it enough to not look for another. Ive had it for a couple years I think. Thats it.

It constantly makes errors translating back and forth between Spanish and English. Im trying to communicate with a couple from Mexico. The app helps some, but about half the time they have no idea what Im trying to say, and when they speak into it in Spanish, the English translation is a garbled grammatical mess. I had such high hopes for it but it just doesnt seem to work.
